禽流感病毒的亚型鉴定及致病力研究

摘　　要：用已知的 AIV亚型毒株抗原 ,采用血清学分型方法和毒力测定试验 ,鉴定从陕西省不同地区发生 AI鸡群中分离的 A型 AIV的亚型和致病力。结果证明 ,3株 AIV属 H9N2 ( A1 ,A2 ,A4) ;1株属 H1 1 N6( A5)。 4株AIV的鸡胚尿囊液分别感染试验鸡后 ,发病死亡率分别为 37.5 %、2 5 .0 %、37.5 %和 1 2 .5 % ,均为中等毒力以下毒株。Using the known antigen of the subgroup toxic strains of AIV, identificated the A type of AIV from chickens with clinical symptom of AI in Shaanxi Province by serological mothod and Virulence deteminated test. The results showed that three strains of AIV is H 9N 2(A 1,A 2,A 4), One is H 11 N 6(A 5). The death rate of the four strains were 37.5%, 25.0%, 37.5%, 12.5% by chicken experimenaly infected with allantoic fluid from embryonated egg, it indicated the four strains were medium Virulence.
