猕猴桃试管苗移栽条件研究

摘　　要：在普通塑料大棚内 ,对影响猕猴桃试管苗移栽成活的因素进行研究 ,结果表明 ,空气湿度、温度、移栽季节是影响试管苗成活的关键因子 ,同时充分的炼苗也是获得高成活率的必要条件。在移栽 1～ 1 5 d内 ,空气湿度保持在 90 %以上 ,能获得较高的成活率。适宜的移栽温度为 8～ 2 2℃较适宜。移栽基质为沙∶土∶粪 =2∶ 1∶ 1的复合土 ;除夏季高温时期成活率低外 ,其余季节均可进行移栽 ,而以冬季移栽成活率最高。The affecting factors on transplantation of tissue cultured shoots were tested in general vinyl house.The results show that air humidity,temperature and transplant season are main factors to ensure successful transplantation.At the same time, transitional tempering for plantlet is also important to get higher survival rates. If the air humidity was keeped above 90% in 1～15 days after transplantation, that more high survival rates would be attain.The fitting transplant temperature was between 8～22℃,and the fitting medium was compound soil(sands 2∶surface soil 1∶muck 1). The survival rate of transplantation was 43% in summer season,it was the lowest than other rates.In winter,the survival was high generally.
