摘 要:本试验以 0 1~ 4 0 μg·L 1 新型细胞分裂素类物质KT 3 0溶液处理水稻离体叶片 ,研究KT 3 0对水稻离体叶片衰老进程的影响。结果表明 ,浓度为 0 1~ 1 0 μg·L 1 KT 3 0能减缓叶绿素、蛋白质和可溶性糖的降解速度 ,提高CAT及SOD的活性 ,延缓离体叶片的衰老进程。同时证明KT 3 0延缓叶片衰老的作用明显好于 6 BA。The isolated leaf of rice ( Oryza sativa L ) was treated with 0 1~4 0?μg·L 1 KT 30 solution,the influence of KT 30 on the senescence process of leaf were studied It was found that when the isolated leaf was treated with lower concentrated solution (0 1~1 6?μg·L 1 ),the decomposition rates of chlorophyll,protein and soluble sugar were slower,and the activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase were stronger The results indicated that KT 30 retarded the senescence process of isolated rice leaf In addition,it was found that the effect of KT 30 was greater than that of 6 BA
