摘 要:本文考虑二次燃烧双流道氧枪超、亚音速多股射流之间的相互抽引效应,根据多股射流动量守恒原理,建立了适用于不同双流道主、副喷孔氧参数(流量、枪位、角度和孔数等)的多股射流动量迭加模型。模型实验表明该数学模型能较好地反映多股射流的流动特性。Postcombustion dual oxygen flow Lance,which has 3,4 or 5 primary holes for decarbonization and 6,8 or 10 secondary holes for CO postcombustion and decarbonization,has been widely used in oxygen steelmaking converters in recent years.The primary jet angle is about 8—12 degrees,and the sec- ondary jet angle 20—60 degrees.Since CO postcombustion and decarbonization reaction in oxygen steelmaking converters are mostly governed by flow chara- cteristics of multiple jets from the postcombustion dual oxygen flow lance, it is very important to investigate their flow characteristics.. In the present paper,a mathematicai model of momentum superposition of multiple jets has been established,which is suitable for various parame- ters (gas flow rate,lance interval,jet angle and hole number)of postcom- bustion dual flow oxygen lance.This model,in which the entrainment effect of the primary jet on the secondary jet is considered,is based on the mo- mentum conservation principle of the multiple jets from the dual oxygen flow lance.Experimental results show that the calculated values on the basis of the momentum superposition model are in good agreement with the available experimental data.
