糠醛厂初馏塔废液对木材腐朽菌的抑制作用

摘　　要：将7种具有代表性的木材腐朽菌,接种在由综合马铃薯培养基和糠醛厂初馏塔废液以不同比例组成的液体介质中,振荡培养的结果表明,这种废液对供试的所有菌种都有很强的抑制生长作用,所加废液在20％以上时,7种木腐菌均不能生长。Different amounts of spent liquor from furfural primary tower were mixed with the standard potato culture mediums and then inoculated separately with seven wood destroying fungi in order to investigate the checking effect on the growth of the fungus. The results revealed that the checking effect to those fungi was very significant. When the volum of spent liquor in the culture medium exceeded 20% it had a lethal effect on all seven fungi.
