摘　　要：设计并实现了一种实用的知识获取系统KAS,它利用C++ Builder强大的数据库技术,依据一种灵活、通用的知识表示方法来构造,实现知识库管理和维护一体化。介绍了该KAS的主要功能、知识表达形式及主要程序模块设计等关键技术,其界面良好、功能完善、使用方便,具有良好的通用性和开放性。Based on the database technique of C++ Builder, a practicable Knowledge Acquisition System (KAS) is designed with a flexible and universal knowledge express method. The KAS has the function of integrating knowledge base manager and maintenance and has advantages of friendly interface, perfect function and well universality and opening. The basic functions and knowledge express format, the main program module of the KAS are introduced in this paper.
