摘 要:目的 简述颞下窝入路及其改良入路在颅底外科中的应用 ,以指导临床治疗。方法 参阅近年来相关文献 ,作综述性报道。结果 颞下窝入路奠定了侧颅底外科的基础 ,而一系列改良入路可以适应颅底区域的手术显露需要 ,如颞骨入路 ,颞下 耳前颞下窝入路 ,颞下 颞下窝 额下颅底入路 ,颅中窝 颞下窝入路 ,眶颧 颞下窝入路等。这些颅内外联合入路已经成功地应用于颅底外科 ,并取得了良好效果。结论 颞下窝入路及其改良入路已经成熟 ,但仍须注意术中功能保存 。Objective To summarize the application of infratemporal fossa approach and its modified approaches in the skull base surgery to improve clinical management. Methods Comprehensive report was made by referring to some pertinent literature. Results Lateral skull base surgery was established by the infratemporal fossa approach, and a series of modefied infratemporal fossa approaches had been employed to expose different skull base regions. These approaches had been successfully applied in the skull base surgery and achieved favourable results. Conclusion Infratemporal fossa approach and its modified approaches have matured in the skull base surgery. However, attention must be paid to the maintenance of function to lower the mortality and morbidity.
