摘　　要：对4000例口服甲氰咪胍病人的研究表明:甲氰咪胍对心脏的影响占1.05%,主要引起窦缓、Ⅰ°AVB、Ⅲ°AVB 和心房纤颤。其心律失常严重度和年龄成正比,和剂量无关。故老年人服此药需严密观察,甲氰咪胍对心脏的副作用机理是多方面的综合因素,不能用单一机理解释。4000patients with oral Cimetidine were studied.The results showed that the side—effects of Cimetidime on the heart were about 1.05%,It gave rise to sinus bradcardia、I°AVB、 Ⅲ°AVB and atriofibrillation.The serious degree of the arrhythmia is well related with age but not with the doses.Therefore,it is necessary that close observation follow—up to the aged men of oral Cimetidine should be employed to pvevent harmful con- sequence,The mechan ismof side— effects of Cimetidine on the heart are so compliated that it can not be simply explained by any single one.
