摘 要:在城镇化的背景下,拉萨市的居住建筑建设有大规模迅速提高的趋势.冬季现场调研与热环境测试表明拉萨市现有新建居住建筑多数靠经验自发采用被动式太阳能设计,但其冬季室内热环境仍然较差.考虑到随着当地居民生活水平提高及城市化进程的推进,当地冬季采暖能耗面临巨大增幅的挑战.以拉萨市分布最广的附加阳光间式居住建筑为基础建立了热工模拟计算模型,通过模拟分析了影响城市居住建筑冬季采暖能耗的各项被动式设计基本要素,包括建筑空间布局设计的基本要素与围护结构热工设计的基本要素.研究结果给当地的新建居住建筑设计提供了具有实际操作意义的建筑节能设计建议.At the background of urbanization,the real estate scope of Lhasa has had a large-scale expansion.By local measurements,the basic survey and thermal environment measurement were analyzed.The results show that for most of the new residential buildings passive design method were used spontaneously.However,the indoor thermal environment still needs to be improved.Along with the boost of urbanization and the living standard enhancement of local people,the city is faced with the problem of huge increasing of the heating energy consumption.The basic simulation model of attached solar space system was established from the common and widely spread residential buildings,and the basic elements of passive design were analyzed by the simulation,including the elements of architectural space design and the elements of envelope thermal performance design.The result gives practical suggestions of energy saving method for the local residential building design.
