摘　　要：用盆栽方法研究了灭菌条件下接种两种 Ｖ Ａ 菌根真菌对含羞草生长的影响。结果表明，接种 Ｖ Ａ 菌根真菌能显著地提高菌根的侵染率，植株高度、地下部鲜重和地上部鲜重明显高于对照株。两种 Ｖ ＡThis paper studies the effect to the grow th of Mim osa padica,inoculated w ithtw o V A m ycorrhizal fungies on the condition of sterilization by pot cultivation. The resultindicates that the m ethod can obviously increase the infection rate ofm ycorrhiza and thatthe Mim osa padica ofthis sortis m uch higher than the contrastplant,even in subterraneous andaerialfresh w eight. The effects ofthe tw o V A m ycorrhizalinflections are alm ostthe sam e.
