摘  要:以10年生侧柏-山毛桃混植林为研究对象,侧柏纯林为对照(L0,100%NS),探讨保育植物山毛桃的树冠遮蔽对10年生侧柏形态指标和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:1)以山毛桃为保育植物的混植林中,侧柏的高度(H)、胸径(DBH)、冠幅(CW)均显著大于L0;混植林中,处理1(L1,85%NS)显著大于处理2(L2,70%NS);2)混植林中侧柏的qP、ΦPSⅡ、Fv/Fm的日均值均高于对照L0,L1的qP日均值最大,L2的ΦPSⅡ、Fv/Fm日均值最大;而ETR和NPQ的日均值在L0条件下最大;3)qP,ΦPSⅡ和Fv/Fm的日变化曲线均呈"V"型,而ETR和NPQ均呈倒"V"型;4)侧柏对不同光环境具有较强的适应能力,同时也说明光照不再是影响10年生侧柏生长的主导因子。In this paper,ten-year-old mixed forest of Platycladus orientalis and Prunus davidiana was used as the object,using pure forest of P.orientalis as the control(L0,100%NS).The effects of crown shading on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of ten-year-old P.orientalis were investigated.The results showed that 1)P.orientalis morphological parameters,including plant height(H),the diameter of a cross-section of a tree trunk 1.3meters above the ground(DBH),and the diameter of the crown(CW)were all the highest at L1,and lowest at L0.2)For the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,the daily mean values of photochemical quenching of chlorophyll fluorescence(qP),effective quantum yield of PSII photochemistry(ΦPSⅡ)and the maximum quantum efficiency of PSII photochemistry(Fv/Fm)were higher in under storey(L1,L2)than under full light(L0),and peaked at L1 and L2for qP,andΦPSⅡand Fv/Fm,respectively.While the electron transport rate(ETR)and nonphotochemical quenching(NPQ)had a higher value under full light(L0).3)The diurnal course of qP,ΦPSⅡand Fv/Fmshowed'V'type,while ETR and NPQ showed a single peak type and'∽'type,respectively.4)P.orientalis had a strong ability to adapt to different light environments and light was no longer the only restriction factor after ten years.
