摘　　要：美国大学智库兴起于20世纪初,二战后步入快速发展阶段,目前已成为美国智库的重要类型。美国大学智库的发展与成熟得益于其较为完备的管理机制,以及大学母体在人才、学科和组织等方面所提供的学术支撑。独特的学术优势使美国大学智库在为政府决策提供服务方面具有了其他类型智库无法媲美的影响力,奠定了大学智库在政策研究领域的基础性地位。以美国大学智库为参照,我国在建设中国特色新型高校智库方面,应着力凸显自身服务职能、保持相对独立,进一步优化顶层设计,坚持循序发展。The university affiliated think tanks grew up in the early 20 th century and ran fast after the WWII.It has been one of the major types of American think tanks.The development and maturity of the university affiliated think tanks own to its perfect management mechanism,as well as the academic support of talent,discipline,and organization from its university as matrix.The unique academic edges make American university affiliated think tanks have the important influence on providing services for government decision-making which other think tanks have not,and form the foundation in policy research field.Compared with the American university affiliated think tanks,Chinese universities should emphasize on showing the service functions,maintaining a relatively independent,optimizing the top-level design,and adhering to the progressive development in constructing our new type university affiliated think tanks with Chinese characteristics.
