摘 要:目的探讨川芎嗪拮抗庆大霉素耳中毒有效。方法采用脑干听觉诱发反应( ABR)检测听阈值、还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核甘酸—黄递酶( NADPH-d)酶组化法检测一氧化氮合酶 NOS1活性。结果联合用药组可以显著降低应用庆大霉素而增高的ABR阈值( P<0.01)及NOS活性( P< 0.01),且 NOS活性增高与 ABR阈值增高存在正相关关系。结论川芎嗪通过减低庆大霉素耳中毒耳蜗 NOS活性、Objective We investigate the resistant effects of Ligustrazine(TMP) on the ototoxic guinea pigs cochlea induced by gentamicin.Method The expressions of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were studied by means of NADPH-diaphorase histochemical staining, combined with auditory brain-stem response (ABR).Result GM plusing TMP could significantly decreased the increasing ABR auditory thresholdes and activity of NOS induced by gentamicin( P< 0.01, P< 0.01 respectively) .And the increasing of NOS activity has positive correlationship with the increasing ABR auditory thresholdes.Conclusion It was suggested that TMP could attenuated NOS activity and ABR auditory thresholds in gentamicin ototoxic guinea pig cochlear.
