摘　　要：本文对陕西省自然、经济、社会条件及固定资产投资计划进行了分析 ,指出了陕西省的自然、经济、社会条件的优势及固定资产投资计划的特点。In this paper, we analyze the natural,economic an d social condition and fixed assets investment plan in Shaanxi Province. We can po int out the province's advantage in natural,economic and social condition, draw out the characters of its fixed assets investment plan. It will be of great benefit for the provincial government to carry out its fixed assets investment plan efficiently, and realize the goal of its economy and society.
