甘蓝型双低油菜品种沪油15的选育

摘　　要：甘蓝型双低油菜品种沪油15系采用品种(系)间的双交方法育成,种子含油量42.43%,芥酸含量0.38%,硫甙含量19.01μmol g。上海市油菜区域试验平均产量2147.3kg hm2,比对照汇油50增产31.3%,上海市油菜生产试验平均产量2700.0kg hm2,比对照汇油50增产12.6%。沪油15适于我国长江下游冬油菜区种植。A new low erucic acid and low glucosinolate variety Huyou No.15 ( Brassica napus L.) was successfully bred throuth using the double-crossing method. Oil content of Huyou No.15 was 42.43%, erucic acid content was 0.38% in oil, and glucosinolate content was 19.01μmol/g in meal. In Shanghai Rapeseed Regional Test and Shanghai Rapeseed Production Test, the yield of Huyou No.15 were 2 147.3kg/hm 2 and 2 700.0kg/hm 2, which outyielded the control variety Huiyou No.50 by 31.3% and 12.6%, respectively. Huyou No.15 was suitable for growing in the region of the lower Yangtse valley.
