摘　　要：论文分析了影响转场方案选择的主要因素,针对其多指标决策属性,确定了中转机场位置、携带航油数量、机场保障系数、飞行员能力系数、转场耗费等决策指标,并选择了理想解法(Topsis)作为分析方法;基于理想解法的原理和方法,构建了转场方案选择的数学模型;将决策矩阵标准化后,计算各方案到正理想解和负理想解的距离,并按照贴近度进行排序;最后通过实例分析计算,验证构建的转场方案选择数学模型的有效性,尝试解决了转场方案选择问题。This paper analyzes the main factors influencing the transition scheme selection,in view of the multi index decision attributes,determines the position,carrying aviation fuel quantity of hub airports,airport security coefficient,the pilots ability coefficient,transition cost decision index,and chooses ideal solution(TOPSIS)as the analytical method.The principle and method based on the ideal solution,established the mathematical model of redeployment scheme selection;decision matrix is standardized,to each scheme for computing the positive and negative ideal solutions are sorted according to the distance,and the close degree.Finally,through example analysis and calculation,the validity of the mathematical model selection of redeployment scheme verification construction,we try to solve the problem of selection of redeployment scheme.
