可靠性对飞机巡逻效能的影响

摘　　要：文章首先从长时间巡逻飞机出现故障的不同时机入手,对任务出航段、巡逻段、返航段发生故障的情况分别进行分析,尝试用平均有效巡逻时间和平均任务飞行时间2个指标来衡量可靠性对飞机效能的影响;根据平均有效巡逻时间计算巡逻可靠性有效系数,得到飞机可靠性对效能的影响;根据平均任务飞行时间计算任务飞行可靠性有效系数,得到飞机可靠性对完成任务的影响,总结得出飞机的巡逻效能最大化的途径。This paper from the long time patrol aircraft with different time of failure,on the voyage,the patrol section,a task return period of failure analysis,we try to use the average effective patrol flight time and the average task time two indicators to measure the reliability of aircraft effectiveness.According to the average effective patrol patrol time we calculate the effective coefficient of reliability,the reliability of performance influence.According to the average flight time we calculate the mission flight effective coefficient of reliability,get the influence of aircraft reliability to complete the task.By way of example calculation shows the mean time between failures(MTBF)effect on the effective coefficient of reliability and cost efficiency relationship.The final results of the comprehensive analysis sum up the effective way to maximize the effectiveness of the patrol aircraft.
