摘 要:塔架基础作为塔筒的支撑结构,提高其经济性和安全性具有重要的意义。文章以西北某地区1.5MW风力发电机组塔架基础作为研究对象,以塔架基础原材料造价作为目标函数,以混凝土基础的强度、刚度、稳定性、疲劳等作为约束条件,利用改进的遗传算法对混凝土基础的各段截面尺寸和高度进行优化。在满足各项约束条件的前提下,优化后的混凝土塔架基础原材料造价得到较大幅度的降低。The tower foundation serves as the supporting structure of the tower,which is of great significance to improve its economy and safety.In this paper,the tower foundation of 1.5 MW wind turbine in a certain area of Northwest China is taken as the research object.The cost of the basic material of the tower is taken as the objective function.The strength,stiffness,stability and fatigue of the concrete foundation are used as constraints,and the improved genetic algorithm is used.The section dimensions and height of each section of the concrete foundation are optimized.Under the premise of satisfying various constraints,the cost of raw materials for the optimized concrete towers has been greatly reduced.
