摘 要:为实现信息资源的共享与发现,各级信息部门相继建设了大量信息资源目录服务系统,实现事权内信息资源的共享。但是,现有目录系统各自为政、相互独立,缺乏全局视图,容易成为新的共享孤岛。文章以水利领域为背景,引进先进的云计算技术研发水利信息资源统一共享与服务平台,通过元数据收割的方式,实现典型流域机构和省级水利部门信息资源目录集成,将目录分类管理、元数据注册和资源发现等功能封装网络服务(Web Service)接口以平台即服务(PaaS)的模式对外提供服务,为新生的数据共享需求提供基础服务平台。On the purpose of achieving the sharing and discovery of the information resources,water conservancy departments of different levels have built a lot of information resources’catalog service systems,realizing the internal sharing of information resources.However,the existing catalog systems are separated and lack aglobal view,which can easily form new sharing islands.This paper develops the water conservancy information resources’unified sharing and service platform by integrating the advanced cloud computing technology.The information resources catalog’s integration of the typical basin institutes and the province-level water conservancy department are achieved by the metadata reaping.The functions of the catalog management,metadata register and resources discovery are encapsulated into Web Service interfaces to serve the outside in the PaaS mode,offering the basic service platform to the new data sharing request.
