摘　　要：高压电能计量分为两个部分,即室内检定(in house verification)和现场校准(on site calibration),室内检定主要是建立高压电能计量标准,实现高压电能计量器具的室内计量检定,也就是实现其量值溯源;现场校准则是通过在室内被校准的高压现场校准装置植入电网,实现对工作在高压电网的电能计量器具的现场校准。本文叙述了10kV电网高压电能现场校准装置的基本构成、挂网前的可靠性试验,分析了试验地点和安全保障措施,最后进行了挂网试验并对结果作了分析。试验表明;该校准装置首次成功实现了挂网运行,并已连续无故障运行半年多,获得了数十万组校准数据,其准确度达到0.2%,可作为工作标准在线现场校准与之串联的高压电能表或电能计量柜。The metrology of high voltage electric energy includes in-house verification and on-site calibration.The in-house verification is mainly for establishing the standard of high voltage electric energy to implement the in-house metrological verification of high voltage electric energy instruments,i.e.,to implement value traces of the high voltage electric energy instruments;and on-site calibration means that the high voltage electric energy on-site calibration apparatus calibrated by the in-house verification is plugged in power grid to implement on-site calibration of the high voltage electric energy metrological instruments working in the grid.At first,die basic structure of the 1 OkV high voltage electric energy on-site calibration apparatus and its reliability trials before operating in power grid are presented,then its test field and its safeguard are discussed,at last its operation in the grid is described and the test result is analyzed.The test shows that the calibration apparatus operated in the grid successfully at the first time,and has been running in the grid without any trouble over more than half year;the test also indicates that the apparatus' accuracy reaches 0.2%by obtained hundreds of thousands of calibration data,so the apparatus can work as a standard to on-site calibrate the high voltage electric energy meters which is in serial with it.
