摘 要:为了检验温度开关产品的同步特性,针对燃弧时间测量技术问题,分析了燃弧时间与电路参数之间关系的数学模型,研制了一种燃弧时间传感器。详细介绍了燃弧时间传感器的硬件和软件设计过程,采取多种抗电磁干扰的软硬件技术措施,提高了稳定性和可靠性,采用基于嵌入式实时操作系统RTX51的微控制器软件设计方法,满足了实时性要求。测量结果表明,燃弧时间测量精度达到0.01 ms,燃弧时间传感器不仅可以单独工作,而且可以很方便地与PC组成分布式测量系统,用于同时测量多个温度开关的燃弧时间,为温度开关产品的质量检验提供了手段。In order to examine the synchronization characteristics of temperature switch products,mathematical model between arc duration and circuit parameter was analyzed to aim at measurement technology problem of arc duration,and a sensor of arc duration was designed.The design process of hardware and software is introduced in detail in this paper.Multiple anti-electromagnetic interference measures of hardware and software are adopted to improve the stability and reliability.The design method of micro controller software,which is based on embedded real time operating system RTX51,is adopted to meet real-time performance.The measurement result shows that the measurement accuracy of arc duration can achieve 0.01ms.Arc duration sensor not only can work alone,but also form distributed measurement system conveniently.This function can measure the arc duration of several temperature switch products simultaneously and provide measures for quality test of temperature switch products.
