摘 要:针对在役石油输送管道防腐层剥离致使管道存在安全隐患的问题,提出了基于超声波技术的管道内检测防腐层剥离方法,进行了超声波在单、双层介质中传播特性的研究。选择不同中心频率、不同K值的压电超声斜探头对单、双层介质进行超声检测对比实验,对超声回波信号进行数据对比分析。结果表明,在收发探头间距一定时,超声波的入射角度越小,接收到的信号能量越大,峰值比例系数也越大;超声波的激励频率越大,接收到的信号能量越小,峰值比例系数越大。提出了一种适用于防腐层剥离管道内检测的探头选取方法,针对本实验的被检对象,采用5 MHz、K1探头进行检测时,效果最佳,这为采用超声波进行管道防腐层剥离内检测的工程实现提供了理论依据。Aiming at the problem of the hidden danger of pipeline due to the service oil pipeline coating peeling,a method for internal detecting the pipeline coating peeling based on ultrasonic technology is proposed,the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic wave in single and double layers are researched. Selecting the piezoelectric ultrasound oblique probes with different center frequencies and different K values,the comparative experiment about ultrasonic testing on single and double layers is carried out,the ultrasonic echo signals are compared and analyzed. The results show that the distance between the transmitter and receiver is constant,the smaller the incident angle of the ultrasonic wave,the greater the energy of the received signal,the greater the peak scale factor; the greater the excitation frequency of the ultrasonic wave,the smaller the received signal energy,the greater the peak scale factor. A method of selecting the probe for the internal detection of the pipeline coating peeling is proposed. For the test object of this experiment,using 5 MHz,K1 probe can get the best test results. It provides a theoretical basis for the engineering realization of internal detecting the pipeline coating peeling using ultrasonic wave.
