摘 要:针对磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输(MCR-WPT)系统宽负载范围下恒流输出的问题,进行了不对称谐振补偿结构传输特性及其参数设计方法的研究。分析了谐振补偿元件的工作条件,基于T型等效电路和叠加原理推导了补偿结构电流和电压表达式,该补偿结构输入功率因数为1、输出特性近似恒流源特性;进行了不对称WPT设计方法研究,通过设计初级谐振补偿电容提高了系统最大输出功率,降低了次级整流器件的电流应力。最后进行了仿真和实验设计,验证了系统在工作频率为85 k Hz、负载范围为20~200Ω时的恒流输出特性。结果表明,采用的参数设计方法简单有效,能降低系统设计难度;设计的不对称谐振补偿结构提高了系统的稳定性,为软开关提供了有利条件。For the constant output current of the MCR-WPT system with wide load range,the transmission characteristics of the asymmetrical compensation structure and the parameter design method are researched. The working condition of resonant compensation structure is analyzed. Based on the T-type equivalent circuit and the superposition theory,the current and voltage formulas of the compensation structure are obtained. The power factor of compensation structure is 1 and the output current is nearly constant. The design method of WPT with asymmetrical compensation structure is also researched. By the design of the primary resonant compensation capacitor,the output power of the system is increased,while the current stress of the secondary rectifier device is decreased. Finally,the constant current characteristics of the system with 20 ~ 200 Ω load at 85 k Hz is verified by simulation and test. The results show that the proposed parameter design method is effective to reduce the design difficulty of the system,and the asymmetrical compensation structure can improve the stability of the system to provide suitable condition for soft switching.
