摘 要:在人体成分光谱检测研究中,多个波长吸收信号的高信噪比检测是保证待测成分浓度建模预测精度的关键。基于激光二极管调制与数字锁相技术,搭建了多波长频分复用同步测量系统,实现了多个波长吸收信号同步、快速、高信噪比检测。测量系统包括激光器调制单元、人机测量接口、光电信号检测与数字锁相处理等部分。将多个波长光源以不同频率的正弦信号进行调制,通过人机测量接口及光电信号检测单元得到样品的漫反射光谱。信号处理部分基于数字正交锁相原理,利用Lab VIEW软件设计了数字移相、相敏检测与低通滤波等模块,实现了不同频率信号的同步高信噪比检测。系统具有信噪比高、测量速度快、稳定性好、集成度高等优点,为小型化人体成分光谱测量装置的设计提供了参考。In the research of human body composition detection,the detection of multi-wavelength absorption signals with high signal-tonoise ratio is the key to ensure the accuracy of component concentration modeling and prediction. Based on laser diode modulation and digital phase locking technology,a multi-wavelengthfrequency division multiplexing spectrum measurement system is set up to realize synchronous,fast and high signal-to-noise ratio detection of multi-wavelength absorption signals. The measurement system includes laser modulation unit,man-machine measurement interface,photoelectric signal detection and digital phase locked processing. The laser diode is used as the light source,and the multi-wavelength light sources are modulated by sinusoidal signals with different frequencies. The diffuse reflectance spectrum signals are obtained through the man-machine measurement interface and the photoelectric signal detection unit. The signal processing part is based on the digital quadrature phase locking principle. The digital phase shift,the phase sensitive detection and the low-pass filter unit are designed by using Lab VIEW software. The synchronous detection of different frequency signals with high signal-to-noise ratio is realized. The system has the advantages of high signal-to-noise ratio,fast measurement speed,good stability and high integration. It provides the reference for the design of miniaturized spectrum measurement device for human body composition.
