摘  要:针对应力式涡街流量计易受现场振动影响的问题,研究采用电磁方式检测漩涡频率,拟从根本上消除现场振动干扰的影响,确保测量的可靠性。采用谐波信号分析电磁涡街流量计的工作原理,提出采用频谱分析方法处理传感器输出信号,针对永磁场下的水信号的特点研制调理电路和基于DSP的信号处理系统,进行电路测试和水流量标定实验。实验结果表明,电磁涡街流量计具有抗振动干扰的功能,在测量水流量时,测量准确度优于0.5级,且量程比高达30∶1。In order to solve the problem that the stress-vortex flowmeter is susceptible to the influence of the local vibration,this paper studies the electromagnetic method to detect the vortex frequency for eliminating the influence of the local vibration disturbance and ensuring the measurement reliability. The harmonic signal is used to analyze the working principle of electromagnetic-vortex flowmeter.The spectrum analysis method is used to process the output signal of the sensor. Aiming at the characteristic of the water signal under the permanent magnetic field,this paper developed the conditioning circuit and the signal processing system based on DSP,and circuit test and water flow calibration experiment are carried out. The experimental results show that the electromagnetic-vortex flowmeter can resist vibration interference,and its measure accuracy is better than 0. 5 % when measuring water flow in the range as high as 30∶ 1.
