摘 要:针对低空空域开放出现的飞行安全问题,结合我国低空空域监、管、控的实际需求,提出了基于三维可视化空中走廊体系的城市低空空域航图绘制方法。综合应用遥感、导航、地理信息系统开展了低空航图的绘制研究。首先,在城市实验区域对Worldview-3影像进行RPC正射校正,GCP影像配准、主成分变换融合等预处理。然后,使用多尺度分割、阈值隶属度分类结合目视解译的方法对地面障碍物轮廓的地理信息进行二维信息提取,通过SketchUP和CityEngine软件对地面障碍物进行可视化建模,将遥感影像与低空可视化障碍物模型进行精确匹配。最后,通过航图绘制精度评测和产品发布,完成城市区域低空三维可视化专题航图的绘制。实验结果表明,该航图具有较好的可视化效果,有助于辅助低空航道管理人员以更真实的视角进行低空走廊的航线规划,对确保我国低空安全产业的可持续性发展具有积极意义。Aimed at the flight safety problem in low altitude airspace,the city chart drawing based on three-dimensional visualization of aerial corridor was proposed in combination with the actual requirements of China ’s low altitude airspace aircraft for supervision,management and control. The integrated technology of remote sensing,satellite navigation and GIS were used for city chart drawing.Firstly,the Worldview-3 remote sensing image of city experimental area was preprocessed by RPC ortho-correction method,GCP image registration,and principal component transformation fusion. Then,the geographic information of obstacle contour on the ground was extracted by multiscale segmentation,threshold membership classification and visual interpretation,and the visualization model of the low altitude obstacles was established by the Sketch UP and City Engine software,which realized the accurate match between the remote sensing image and the visualization obstacle model. Finally,the visualization of thematic chart in city area was generated by the precision evaluation and product release of city chart drawing. The experiment results show that the generated chart has good visualization effect for the regulator of low altitude airspace to plan the route planning of aerial corridor in a realistic perspective,which has a positive significance to ensure the sustainable development of low altitude safety fields.
