摘 要:为了在实际应用中最大限度地提高科氏质量流量计的测量性能,对实际应用中效果较好的两种信号处理方法进行性能比较研究。首先分析其测量原理,然后结合不同类型的科氏质量流量管、不同的驱动方法和不同的测量需求,对这两种信号处理方法从测量精度、运算量、资源占用、动态响应速度和实际中与不同驱动方法配合等方面进行分析和对比。进行不同应用场合下的实验,实验结果表明,离散时间傅里叶变换(DTFT)算法适合配频率不高(~100 Hz)的大弯管型流量管进行平稳单相流测量;适合响应速度要求较高的批料流测量场合。过零检测算法适合配频率高(>200 Hz)的微弯型流量管进行平稳单相流测量;适合气液两相流的测量场合。In order to maximize the measurement performance of the Coriolis mass flowmeter in practical applications,the performance comparison of the two signal processing methods with good performance in practical applications is carried out. Firstly,the principle of measurement is analyzed. Then,combined with different types of Coriolis mass flow tubes,different driving methods and different measurement requirements,the two signal processing methods are analyzed and compared in many aspects,such as the measurement accuracy,the amount of computation,the resource occupation,the dynamic response speed and the actual cooperation with different driving methods. The experiments in different applications are performed. The experimental results show that the discrete-time Fourier transform( DTFT) algorithm is suitable for the measurement of steady single-phase flow in large elbow-type flow tubes with low frequency( about 100 Hz),and it is suitable for the occasions of batch flow measurement with high response speed. The zero-crossing detection algorithm is suitable for the measurement of smooth single-phase flow in micro-bent flow tubes with high frequency( more than 200 Hz),and it is suitable for the measurement of gas-liquid two-phase flow.
