摘 要:配电网重构作为故障恢复的重要手段,避免重构中生成不满足拓扑约束的解是实现快速恢复重构的关键,提出一种规避不可行解的寻优规则,避免了频繁的拓扑分析,并利用改进的二进制纵横交叉算法在此基础上进行故障恢复重构。为保证配电网故障恢复过程的快速性和恢复策略的最优化,提出配电网的运行状态划分并采取分级响应恢复策略。首先,通过启发式方法将专家经验转化为相应处理规则,并运用该规则在故障状态下进行局部重构,以较少的开关动作次数使网损和节点电压等运行参数变化较小;其次,在局部重构后节点电压或支路负载率仍有越限时进入警戒状态,在可行域内搜索满足运行约束的最优解,进行全局重构;最后,全局重构仍不能解除警戒状态时,按负荷重要性级别切除部分非关键负荷,直至运行点回到安全状态。仿真结果验证了该方法有效性。Distribution network reconstruction is an important means of service restoration,avoiding the generation of solution that do not satisfy the topological constraints is critical to improve efficiency. In this paper,an optimal rule to avoid infeasible solutions is proposed,which avoids frequent topology analysis,service restoration reconfiguration is based on the improved binary crisscross optimization algorithm. In order to guarantee rapidity of the restoration process and optimization of the restoration strategy,the operation state division of the distribution network is proposed and the hierarchical response restoration strategy is adopted. Firstly, expert experience transformed into the corresponding processing rules by a heuristic method is used for partial reconstruction in the fault state,thereby reducing changes in operating parameters of network loss and node voltage in less switching actions; Secondly,alert is put on upon partial reconstruction when node voltage or branch loa d rate is still over-limit,the optimal solution that meets the operation constraints is searched in the feasible region for global reconstruction; Finally,if the global reconstruction still cannot remove the alert,part of noncritical load is removed in the order of load importance until the operating point returns to the safe state. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results.
