摘  要:为深入了解鸡粪与稻壳混合燃料在循环流化床(CFB)锅炉内的燃烧与污染物排放特性,通过搭设1 MW CFB燃烧试验台,并对混合燃料进行了燃烧特性试验研究。试验结果表明,混合燃料水分和挥发分含量高、灰分低、热值低、灰熔点低,燃烧时具有易着火、易燃尽、易结焦、燃烧效率高的特点;烟气中CO含量高、SO2和NOx原始排放浓度低;另外,混合燃料燃烧后灰渣中碱金属含量高,容易粘结受热面造成积灰腐蚀,在CFB锅炉设计时应特别注意并采取相应技术措施。In order to obtain the detailed combustion and pollutant emission characteristics of biomass fuels in circulating fluidized bed boilers, the mixed fuel of chicken manure and rice husk combustion test was carried out on 1 MWth CFB combustion test rig. The industrial analysis results show that the mixed fuel of chicken manure and rice husk had high content of moisture and volatile matter, low ash content, low calorific value and low melting point of ash. The test result shows that the mixed fuel owns characteristics of easy ignition, high burnout rate, high frequency slagging and fouling and high combustion efficiency. At the meantime, there are high CO content and low original emission concentrations of SO2 and NOx in flue gas. The fouling and corrosion of heating problem is caused by the high alkali metal concentration in the ash of mixed fuel, therefore special technical methods should be used in the CFB boiler design.
