摘 要:内蒙古处在高寒地区,供暖期长达半年之久,内蒙古电网包含大比例的热电机组;该地区冬季风能资源丰富,这种现状加大了内蒙古电网对热电机组调峰能力的迫切需求。根据内蒙古某热电厂锅炉中低负荷稳定运行特性和实际运行情况进行性能试验研究,对该机组的深度调峰能力进行挖掘,试验结果表明:燃用发电企业现有煤种,低压缸切除工况下,可以实现35%BMCR工况下的低负荷稳燃运行,机组运行稳定,锅炉运行效率与额定工况设计值相比略有下降,热电机组运行经济下降;SCR入口烟温能够满足脱硝反应温度,保证脱硝装置运行正常;锅炉水动力循环稳定,未出现明显的传热恶化。研究结果为热电机组的深度调峰提供理论和实际的技术支撑,为内蒙古电网最大限度地接纳风电及光伏可再生能源、减少传统能源的消耗提供借鉴。Inner Mongolia is in the high cold region, the heating period is half a year, the Inner Mongolia power grid contains a large proportion of thermoelectric units, and the wind energy resources in the area are rich in winter. This situation increases the urgent demand for the peak regulating capacity of the Inner Mongolia power grid. According to the performance test and performance test of the low and medium load stable operation and actual operation of a boiler in Inner Mongolia, the depth peak regulating ability of the unit is excavated. The test results show that the low load stable combustion operation under 35% BMCR condition can be realized under the operating condition of the existing coal and low pressure cylinder in the power plant. The operation efficiency of the group is stable, the operation efficiency of the boiler is slightly lower than the rated design value, the operation economy of the thermoelectric unit decreases, the SCR inlet smoke temperature can meet the denitrification reaction temperature and ensure the normal operation of the denitrification device;the boiler hydrodynamic cycle is stable, and no obvious heat transfer deterioration is found. The research results provide theoretical and practical technical support for the depth peak regulation of the thermoelectric unit.It provides a reference for the Inner Mongolia power grid to accept wind power and photovoltaic renewable energy to the maximum extent and reduce the consumption of traditional energy.
