摘　　要："完善工科人才‘创意-创新-创业’教育体系,提升工科人才创新创业能力,探索建立创新型工程人才培养模式"是新工科人才的创新创业能力培养探索的目标。为此,需要完善创新创业教育课程体系和管理制度,加强创新创业通识教育,积极探索设置学科前沿课程、综合性课程、问题导向课程、交叉学科研讨课程;强化毕业设计的创新创业导向;探索"工科+"创业双学位、主辅修制度等多样化培养模式;建设基于工科优势特色的高校创新创业平台,引导鼓励学生积极参与创新活动和创业实践。以同济大学电子与信息工程学院、设计创意学院和汽车学院的协同创新人才培养为例,从学科交叉融合、课程体系与教学方法改革、校企深度联合、工程实践与实验等方面,进行了新工科人才创新创业能力培养的探索与实践。Improving education system of the engineering talents creativity–innovationentrepreneurship, promoting innovation ability of engineering talent, and exploring innovative engineering talent training model are the creative ability training exploration target of Emerging Engineering Education talent. Requirement for the realization of the goal, it is necessary to improve innovation entrepreneurship education course system and management system, and strengthen the innovative entrepreneurial university general education, actively explore setting discipline front curriculum, integrated curriculum, problem oriented courses, interdisciplinary seminar; To strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship orientation of graduation design; We will explore the diverse —cultivation models of "engineering +", dual degree and primary subsidiary, etc. We will encourage students to take an active part in innovation and entrepreneurship by building an innovative entrepreneurship platform based on the advantages of engineering. As collaborative innovation talents of school of electronics and information engineering, school of design and innovation, school of automotive studies as an example, the intersection of the discipline, the course system and teaching method reform, profound joint, engineering practice and experiment, etc, the exploration and practice of the ability of innovation and entrepreneurial of Emerging Engineering Education Talents are studied.
