矩阵变换器空间矢量法减少开关损耗的探究

摘　　要：矩阵变换器开关损耗分为静态损耗和动态损耗,研究发现动态损耗大于静态损耗,因此减少开关次数是减少开关损耗的关键。减少开关次数的传统方法是在一个PWM周期内,合理安排开关次序来减少开关的损耗。本文基于空间矢量法,介绍了在一个扇区周期内合理安排开关次序来减少开关损耗的方法。@@@@The conduction losses in the matrix converter have been found to be higher than the conduction losses in a standard inverter. So the key way of reducing switches losses is reducing the time of the switch. This paper presents a method which can reduce the switches losses in space vector modulation for converter. By calculation, give the exact switches sequence of two PWM periods. By calculation, we can find the method can reduce the times of the changing of switches. That can reduce the switches losses.
