摘　　要：随着科学技术的进步与发展,人类在空间领域的相关活动越来越多,纵观全球,每年都会有一定数量的空难发生。为了方便相关参数的分析以及事故的调查,飞行参数记录系统需要能够很好的对采集的参数做出一个精确而统一的时标。本文将就"飞行参数记录系统时标设计及应用"这一话题展开论述。with the rapid development of science and technology,human activities in space more and more, throughout the world,every year has a certain number of plane crash. Investigation in order to facilitate the analysis of relevant parameters and accidents, the flight parameter recording system shal be capable of parameters on the col ection of good to make aprecise and uniform time scale. In this paper,"the flight parameter record system time scale. The topic of" design and application are discussed.
