摘　　要：雷达接收机中射频通道的热噪声系数是衡量雷达接收机工作性能的主要技术指标。本文基于的原理设计了一款中频雷达接收机噪声系数测试仪,设计并实现了固态、低噪声场放、本振信号源、中频信号对数放大和A/D模数转换的硬件电路。实验结果表明,该噪声测试仪测试精度高,测试方法多样化,操作使用智能化。Radar receiver noise figure is a measure of the RF channel radar receiver performance of major technical indicators. Based on the principles of the design of a medium frequency radar receiver noise figure meter, designed and implemented a solid, low-noise field put the LO signal source, the IF signal is logarithmic amplification and A / D conversion of analog to digital hardware circuitry.
