摘　　要：深入剖析了黑龙江省水资源存在的严重问题及森林与水的关系 ,有针对性地提出水源涵养林、水土保持林的区划、经营、管护对策 。On the basis of deeply studying the problems of the water resource about Heilongjiang province and the relationship between the forests and water, the authors bring forward the division and management countermeasure of waterhead self-restraint forest and water and soil conservation forest. This paper provides some references for the forest classified management and the protection of natural forest
