摘  要:盆栽试验结果表明,水分胁迫条件下玉米叶片游离脯氨酸积累速度,拔节期比孕穗期快。随水分胁迫程度加深,叶片水势降低,游离脯氨酸含量增加。当水分胁迫超过一定的程度,会引起脯氨酸含量的下降。游离脯氨酸的含量与植株所处的生育时期和水分胁迫程度有关,与品种抗旱性无关.复水后不同抗旱性品种间游离脯氨酸的下降幅度有明显的差异,抗旱性强的陕单9号下降幅度最大.玉米孕穗期、抽雄期及籽粒灌浆期的严重水分胁迫主要导致雄穗败育,雌雄穗花期不遇,籽粒发育受阻,植株早衰减产。Results of this experiment on pot culture show that under water stress.the accu- mulation rate of free proline in maize leaf during elongation period is more rapid than the booting stage.With further water stress.leaf water potential decreases.but free proline increases.and as water stress exceeds a certain degree.content of free proline declines.The content of free proline is related to the growing periods of maize plants and the degree of water stress.but has no connection with drought resistance of maize varieties.After recovery from water.the declining amount of free proline among drought-resistant varieties are significantly different.the hybrid of Shaandan No.9 having the most declining content.The severe water stress during the stages of booting.tasselling and grain filling may lead to the abortion of tassels.the non-niching of flowering and delayed grain development.To this effect.maize plant would decrease in grain yield.
