摘  要:感光性不同的4个光敏感雄性不育粳稻经受14小时光周期下的31/27℃、31/22℃、31/17℃、27/22℃和27/17℃ 5种光期温度/暗期温度组合处理。考察其花粉育性的结果表明:1,在试验设计的光、温条件下,参试的不育品系都表现高度的光敏感雄性不育。但是,不同温度处理引起了败育水平的显著变化。2,光期温度下降4℃、暗期温度相同时,花粉育性极显著地增加;光期温度不变,暗期温度变动幅度为5℃时(31/27℃处理除外),不影响光敏感雄性不育的表现。3,不同品系光敏感雄性不育表现对温度处理的反应不同,而且有明显不同的“温度×品系”互作效应。本试验中未见感光性不同品系不育性表现对温度敏感性的显著区别。4 pms japonica rice lines were put under 5 different temperature regimes to studythe effect of temperature on their expression of photoperiod sensitive male sterility.The light/dark temperature regimes used were,namely,31℃/27℃,31℃/22℃,31℃/17℃,27℃/17℃ and 27℃/22℃.The results indicated that:1)All lines tested were highly sterile under the condictions of the differenttreatments.But significantly different levels of sterility were observed under thedifferent temperature regimes.2)A decrease of the light period temperature by 4℃ could lead to a significantincrease of the pollen fertility,wheaeas the fluctuation of the dark period temperatureby 5℃ had no effect on the fertility(except with the 31℃/27℃ treatment).3)No significant differences in pollen sterility were observed among the differenttypes of pms rice lines.However,they did exist with the “temperature×line”interactions.
