摘  要:利用太谷核不育小麦和4D-4E 二体代换系杂交,通过中国春 phlb 突变体诱导部分同源配对,试图给太谷核不育小麦籽粒作出蓝色标记。观察到在 phlb 基因作用下,多价体频率加大,有可能使部分同源染色体4D 和4E 配对、交换,使太谷核不育基因(Tal)和4E 染色体上的蓝色胚乳基因连锁。从中得到少量中蓝色的全不育株行,其中 Tal 基因和蓝色胚乳基因的连锁,正在进行鉴定。In order to mark blue character on the grains of Tai-gu dominant male sterilewheat,crosses were made between Tai-gu dominant male sterile wheat and 4D-4Edisomic substitution line,inducing homoeologous chromosome pairing using ChineseSpring phlb mutant.We have observed that frequency of multivalents have beenincreased by the effect of phlb gene.Perhaps cross-over between homoeologouschromosomes 4D and 4E occured and the linkage plants between Tal gene onchromosome 4D and blue endosperm gene on chromosome 4E obtained.A fewmedian blue rows in which all plants were male sterile were gotten.Further identifica-tion of linkage between Tal gene and blue endosporm gene is conducting.
