摘 要:采用北卡罗莱那遗传设计 I(N.C.D.-I),对经过80代混合选择的伊利诺高油系(IHO)与经过2、3代轮回选择的亚里山索综合种(Alexho)的杂交 F_2代群体种子的油分含量等品质性状以及株高、穗长等农艺性状的遗传变异进行了研究。结果表明:本文所研究的各个性状都存在显著的遗传方差,油分含量、蛋白质含量、赖氨酸含量、百粒重等性状的加性遗传方差都明显高于它们的显性方差;油分含量的狭义遗传力为0.39,赖氨酸为0.40,只有蛋白质低于0.30;在10%的假定人选率下,期望油分含量每周期的遗传进度高达0.77%,说明对该新群体提高油分含量的选择将是很有效的。Estimates of genetic variance components(V_A,V_D,and V_G),heritabilities(h_B^2and h_N^2)and expected genetic gains under selection(ΔG and ΔG%)were obtainedfor percent oil,percent protein,percent lysine,100-kernel-weight,and several otheragronomic traits in the high oil maize F_2 population of IHO(C80)×Alexho(C23).Considerably large genetic variances were found for almost every traits studied.Theadditive genetic variances(V_A)of percent oil,percent protein,percent lysine,100-kernel-weight,and kernel density were significantly larger than their dominantones (V_D).The estimates of narrow sense heritability(h_N^2)for percent oil,percentprotein,percent lysine,100-kernel-weight,and kernel density were 0.39,0.31,0.45,and 0.62 respectively.If 10 percent of the population was selected,an about0.77% genetic gain in oil per cycle would be expected,indicating the effectiveness of se-lection for percent oil in this recombined high oil maize population.
