摘 要:目的 评价肺区域通气测定在结核性胸膜炎治疗围期动态检测的临床意义。方法 测定 110例结核性胸膜炎治疗前、后肺区域通气功能 ,同时比较X线胸片、总肺功能测定变化。结果 肺功能的损害与胸腔积液侧积液量的多少相关 ,肺区域功能测定能反映患侧及其受压肺局部肺功能的受损 ;治疗后随着积液量的减少、吸收或胸膜增厚等改变 ,肺区域通气分布呈相应的动态变化。结论 应用肺区域通气功能监测结核性胸膜炎治疗围期局部肺功能的改变有相当的临床意义 。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of dynamic ventilating gas distribution with EIPV on tuberculous pleurisy patients with effusion during peri treatment period. Methods Analyze and compare the effusion and the tidal volumes estimated by X ray film and routine pulmonary function test and EIPV. Results All the outcomes showed the degree of impaired lung function was corresponding with the volume of pleural effusion and the EIPV was more sensitive than the other methods. After therapy, the fluid decreased or absorbed, or with pleural thickening which were closely related to the improvement of lung function, especially on the affected side.Conclusion The application of EIPV is useful for dynamic monitoring of those regional ventilating gas distribution in patients with TB pleurisy and effusion and to its advantageous, economic, and easily acceptable by the patients.
