摘　　要：常规防砂充填工具只能完成单一砾石充填任务 ,生产时还需下入封隔器与充填工具留井鱼顶对接 ,来密封油套环空从而达到挡砂目的。这种方法需 2次作业管柱才能完成 ,不仅费时 ,而且成本高。为此 ,研制了CF— 15 0多功能新型防砂工具 ,其特点是将砾石充填工具和封隔器有机地组合在一起 ,只需 1次作业管柱即可完成 2种功能 ;并且既能实现循环充填 ,又能实现挤压充填 ;必要时打开关门机构可实现二次充填。现场应用 80多井次 ,施工成功率达 10 0 %。该工具的应用降低了作业成本 ,缩短了作业周期 ,且能实施多种功能充填。The conventional packing tool for sand control can only carry out gravel packing. And with this method, the packer must be run in and connected with the string to seal the tubing-casing annulus before production, and the operation can only be completed by two trips. A new multi-function sand control tool is developed thereby, which combines the gravel packing tool and packer and can realize two functions in one trip. It can not only carry out circulation packing, but also realize squeeze packing, and secondary packing can be done by opening the closing mechanism in demand. This tool have been used more than 80 times, and the success rate reaches 100%.
