摘　　要：将特性表达基因克隆技术按产生的时代与所利用的技术 ,划分成三个阶段 ,并对每个阶段有代表性的技术、原理和优缺点进行了介绍 。The different expression genes cloning techniques are divided into three phases, on the base of the procreant era and techniques used of them. The principle, advantage and flaw of a series genes cloning methods are also introduced. This essay provide convenience for investigator on choosing experiment means.
