摘 要:提出了两步还原 2硝基噻吩制备 2噻吩乙胺的方法 ,由噻吩与 DMF在三氯氧磷存在下作用得到 2噻吩甲醛 ,产率 89.9% ,纯度为 99.9% .再由 2噻吩甲醛与硝基甲烷制备 2硝基噻吩乙烯 ,熔点为 81~ 82℃ ,收率为 82 .3% .最后 ,以乙硼烷和二氯化锡为还原剂两步还原 ,制备 2噻吩乙胺 ,收率 71 % ,纯度为 95 % .The preparation of 2(2thienyl)ethylamine by two step reduction method has been put forward ,Vilsmeier reaction of thiophene with N,Ndimethyl formamide in presence of phosphorus osychloride gave 2formylthiophene,the yield is 89.9%,the purity is 99.9%.Reaction of 2formylthiophene with Nitromethane in presence of sodium hydroxide gave 2 (nitrovlnyl)thiophene,the melting point is 82 ℃ and the yield is 82.3%.Reaction of 2 (nitrovlnyl)thiophene in presence of sodium borohydride and stannous chloride gave 2(2thienyl)ethylamine,the yield is 71% and the purity is 95%.The method has an advantage of lower cost of the synthesis.
