摘　　要：介绍了A186C型梳棉机附加分梳件的齿形与结构、测试与分析、使用与维护等情况 ,提出梳棉机不同部位安装附加分梳件有其各自的作用 :刺辊预分梳板有效提高棉束分离度 ,锡林后固定盖板对棉束进行预梳理 ,而锡林前固定盖板则是对梳理区的纤维层进行补充梳理 ,改善棉网内在质量。The shape of zigzag, structures of auxiliary carding elements and test and analyses, adjustments, services and maintenances on A186C carding machine are introduced. The auxiliary carding elements fixed on various position on the carding machine have various function. The pre carding flat of the licker in can effectively enhance the flock separation degree, the rear fixed flat of cylinder can bring a pre carding to the flock, and the front fixed flat of cylinder can give the fiber layer in carding area a carding compensation, which can improve the internal quality of card web. The auxiliary carding elements mounting on carding machine is a very important technical measure to strengthen the carding.
