应用二维超声心动图测定高血压病和冠心病患者左室心肌质量及容量/质量比值的研究

摘　　要：应用二维超声心动图仪测量45例高血压病和40例冠心病患者心肌质量、心肌质量指数和容量/质量比值,结果显示高血压病组与正常对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),冠心病组则无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上研究结果可定量评价心室肌肥厚的程度、类型以及心肌肥厚与心腔容量的相对关系、评价药物疗效、尤其是降压药的疗效有重要价值,对高血压性心脏病和冠心病的鉴别诊断亦有重要临床意义。Two-dimensional echocardiogram was applied to measure the left ventricular mass(LVM). left Ventricular mass index (LVMI) and volume/mass (VoL/M) for 125 cases of normal subjects,45 cases of hypertensions and 40 cases of coronary artery diseases.The main findings in this study were as follow | LVM and LVMI Were larger and Vol/M was smaller in hypertension patients than in normal subjects, suggesting the existance of concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. However, no significant difference was found between the Patients of coronary heart disease and the normal subjects. The above results show that these indexes have important value for the differential diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease from coronary heart disease.
