摘　　要：提出互反集和判断向量等概念 ,给出判断向量一致性的充分必要条件 ,在此基础上提出一种新的层次分析法。此方法不需进行一致性检验 ,而且判断次数少 ,计算简单 ,具有一定的实用价值。A conception of a set whose elements are reciprocal each other is proposed. The sufficient and necessary condition about the consistency of a judgment vector is proved. Based on it, we propose a new analytic hierarchy process. The consistency of this method needn′t be tested and it is very simple in computation. It has definite practical value.
