摘　　要：由数据层、逻辑层、控制实施层组成的综合自动化系统参考在实际应用中具有很大的指导意义。总结这一参考模型 ,讨论了造纸企业销售管理的特点 ,对业务流程进行了分析和功能分解 ,提出一种基于分布式多层结构的系统实施方案 ,概括了MIDAS的核心内容。最后 ,以福建省青山纸业股份有限公司为例 ,说明了该销售管理信息系统实用效果。The introduced CIMS reference model, which is composed of data layer, logic layer and controlling layer, is proved to be comprehensively instructive in system design and implementation. Based on this model, the paper analyzes the workflow and system functional partition according to the characters of the sale process in a paper mill. Furthermore, it introduces a distributed multi-layer architecture and points out the six main components in MIDAS. Finally, taking the Qingshan Paper Mill as an example, it illustrates the practical effect of this architecture.
