摘　　要：根据原料茧特性及部分工艺条件,编写了程序,实现计算机模拟缫丝,可对定粒缫丝的生丝纤度偏差进行预测。In this paper, the reeling is simulated by computer programs according to characteristics of raw cocoons and a part of technical conditions, so that the size deviation of raw silk can be predicted when reeling fixed number of cocoons. In addition, comparing the simulation result of reeling by computer with the predicted result in factory, it can be concluded that the size deviation of reeling the fixed number of cocoons can be reduced further as long as it is possible to post three color cocoons more accurately.
