摘 要:研究了纯棉织物在微波辐照下的染色。文中既对微波染色与常规染色进行了比较,又对前者的机理进行了讨论。微波染色这一新工艺具有如下的优点:染色时间短、得色量高,还可以节约能量。通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜和X光电子能谱的测试和分析,发现经微波辐照后棉纤维的结晶度稍有减小,还形成一些自由基或活性羰基,并伴有形态的变化。This paper deals with the dyeing of cotton fabrics with microwave irradiating. The comparative experiments of the microwave dyeing to the general dyeing are done and the mechanism of microwave dyeing is also disussed. By being subjected to the of microwave wich dielectric, the following advantages are said to have been realized with the new technology. Dye and chemicals penetration into favrics can be achieved in a short time with good color yield. The irradiated materials generate heat via dielectric heating by microwave and as a resulr, energy saving can be realized. Based on the ex- amination and analysis by X-ray diffraction, IR, SEM and X PS, a little decrease of crystallinity, the formation of free radicals or active carbonyl groups and the morphological changes in the irradiated cotton fibres are found and these may also be in favor of dyeing as well.
