摘　　要：三大经济组织在建立时期 ,服从于美国及西方大国的利益需要 ,具有国际垄断组织的性质 ;在经济全球化和政治多极化发展趋势的推动下 ,三大经济组织调节国际关系的作用日益突出 ,具有了国际经济协调机制的功能 ;正确认识三大经济组织的性质、作用及其变化 ,对中国正确制定对外开放的经济政策具有重要意义。The'Three Economic Organizations' were subordinated to the requirements of economic benefits of U.S. and the major western countries,the Three Economic Organizations have the feature of monopoly organizations; being promoted by the wave of economc globalization and the varied development trends of politics,the effect of 'the Three Economic Organizations' in adjusting international economic relations is becoming more important,it has the function of adjusting international economic relations,therefore, to understand correctly the nature and the effect and the related changes is of important significance in making economic, policies opening to the outside world.
